Forreva.com is operated by Reva Fashions Private Limited. We value your trust and aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Product Disclaimer

We strive to display product images as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to:

  • Screen settings
  • Lighting conditions
  • Photography and editing

2. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once an order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible
  • Customized or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled

3. Returns & Refunds

Eligibility (7 Days Policy)

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for eligible orders.

To qualify:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Product must pass quality inspection

Non-Eligible Items

  • Customized products
  • Final sale / discounted items
  • Promotional/free items

4. Important Conditions

  • Partial COD Orders:
    • Eligible for return
    • ₹150 reverse pickup fee will be deducted (if applicable)
    • ₹250 advance paid at checkout is non-refundable in case of refusal or RTO
  • Prepaid Orders Refused at Delivery:
    • Refund will be processed after deducting ₹150 logistics charges
  • Orders marked RTO (Return to Origin) due to:
    • Refusal
    • Customer unavailable
    • Incorrect address

→ Will be processed as per above conditions

6. Return Shipping Options

Option 1: Reverse Pickup (Chargeable)

  • Available for selected PIN codes
  • ₹150 fee deducted from refund
  • 2 pickup attempts will be made

If unsuccessful → self-shipping required

Option 2: Self-Shipping

  • Required if reverse pickup is unavailable
  • Shipping cost is not reimbursed

  • Order ID

7. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed only after quality check approval
  • Refunds are initiated in scheduled batches (1st & 15th of each month)

Processing timeline:

  • Payment gateway: 3–5 business days
  • Bank processing: 5–7 business days

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

8. Rejected Returns

Returns will be rejected if:

  • Product is worn, washed, or damaged
  • Tags/packaging are missing
  • Item fails inspection

In such cases:

  • You will be notified with proof (images)
  • You can request re-shipping within 7 days (charges apply)

9. Exchange Policy

  • One-time size exchange allowed within 7 days
  • Subject to stock availability

Process:

  • Email contact@forreva.com with order ID and size request
  • Exchange processed after product inspection

If size unavailable → refund issued

10. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share:
    • Order ID
    • Clear images

After verification:

  • Replacement will be provided (subject to availability)
  • If not available → refund issued

11. International Orders

  • Returns and exchanges are not supported for international orders
  • Please review your order carefully before purchase
