Forreva.com is operated by Reva Fashions Private Limited. This Shipping & Payment Policy outlines the terms related to payments, order processing, and delivery.
1. Payment Options
We offer secure and seamless payment methods (all transactions processed in INR ₹):
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, RuPay, MasterCard
- UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM, and other UPI apps
- Net Banking: Supported by major Indian banks
All payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 48–72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Orders once packed or dispatched cannot be modified or cancelled.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Dispatch Location: Vapi, Gujarat, India
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Rest of India: 4–7 business days after dispatch
4. Delivery Disclaimer
Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to logistics issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking
- Tracking details will be shared via Email and/or WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.
- Customers can track shipments using the courier partner’s tracking link.
6. Delivery Verification (OTP Security)
To ensure secure delivery, some shipments may require OTP verification:
- Do not share OTP via phone calls or messages
- Share OTP only with the delivery agent at the time of receiving the order
- If OTP is shared before delivery, the order may be marked as delivered
In such cases, Forreva will not be liable for disputes raised after OTP verification.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by our separate policy:

- Reverse pickup may not be available in all locations
- Customers may be required to self-ship returns in certain cases
8. Lost, Damaged, or Non-Delivered Orders
If your order is:
- Marked as delivered but not received
- Lost in transit
- Received in damaged condition
You must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery update.

All cases will be reviewed with the courier partner. Resolution (replacement/refund) will be subject to verification and courier claim approval.
Requests raised after 24 hours may not be eligible due to courier limitations.
